Ayurvedic Initial Consultation (90 min)
Initial consultation is a potent first step towards a balanced you; Thank you for taking this initiative. Our time together will consist of taking an in depth assessment of your mind and body system to discover your Prakriti (Body Constitution,) as well as understanding your Vikriti (nature of Imbalance.)
What to expect?
- Comprehensive assessment using questioning, observation of tongue, eyes, nails, and skin. As well as the traditional Nadi pariksha (pulse assessment.)
- Introduction to Ayurveda, understanding your Prakrit and Vikriti.
- Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle guidance.
- After your session, I will send you a personalized wellness plan including diet and lifestyle guidance, Ayurvedic herbs suggestions (if needed) as well as practices such as yoga, pranayama and body work therapies.

Follow Up Consultation
- Follow up consultations are recommended to track your progress and make sure you are moving in the right direction towards your health. We may need to adjust your current diet, lifestyle, herbs or formulations protocol.
- First follow up 60 min ($90)
- Thereafter you can either choose 30 min ($45)
