  • During menstruation
  • Excessive, heaviness, lethargy or fatigue
  • Colds or congestion

Pregnancy Abhyanga

Abhyanga can help ease common pregnancy discomforts like muscle aches, joint pain, and stress. When performed with the right techniques, it boosts circulation, reduces swelling, and promotes relaxation. The warm, herbal oils nourish the skin, enhancing its suppleness and helping prevent stretch marks.

Post Pregnancy Abhyanga ( 60 Min)

The time after giving birth is considered to be a very fragile period for the new mom. In Ayurveda, it is believed that the care a new mom receives in the first 40 days will impact the next 40 years of her life. We would love to give you this beautiful gift of healing.

The warm oils we use for new mums are specifically chosen for this particular part of motherhood. These oils are nurturing, nourishing and strengthening in nature to help you speed up your healing process. Highly recommend adding Churna Bolus Therapy.

Head Abhyanga (30 Min)

Ayurveda talks of vital energy points in our body that hold the power to stimulate our bodies natural self healing capabilities. These  are known as Marma points. There are a total of 107, out of which 37 are on the head and neck region. In this short, yet potent therapy session, we will gently massage some of these Marma points to relax and rejuvenate you. This can be a great complement with either a hand/arm Abhyanga or feet Abhyanga.

Abhyanga with Bolus/Pinda Therapy


Traditional Ayurvedic therapy involving the application of warm poultices filled with medicinal herbal powders (churna) to the body. These poultices, or pinda, are gently heated in medicated oil and massaged over the body using rhythmic, circular, and tapping motions.

This therapy combines the therapeutic benefits of heat (Sweda), herbal medicine, and massage to relieve muscle tension, stiffness and pain.

Traditional Ayurvedic Therapy using warm boluses (poultices) filled with fresh lemons (jambeera), herbal powders, and healing oils. Treatment for resolving stiffness in conditions like frozen shoulder.
